Right to Decline Provision of Services
The Institute for Mathematics and Music reserves the right to refuse entry into any of our programs or services at our discretion for lawful reasons. This may include, but is not limited to, situations where a client poses a potential risk or threat to the effective delivery of our services.

Provision of Services: For the purposes of the "Right to Decline Provision of Services," this term includes all educational and tutoring services offered by The Institute for Mathematics and Music. This encompasses responding to client inquiries, providing academic guidance, and any other services that fall under our business scope.
Right to Decline: This term refers to our right to refuse participation in any program or workshop we offer, even if the associated fees have already been paid. We may return any paid fees and refuse to provide services before they are fully delivered.
General Release and Indemnity
By using our services, you agree to release and indemnify The Institute for Mathematics and Music from any demands, claims, actions, suits, costs, and expenses arising from the services you receive from us.
No Refund Policy
All fees paid are non-refundable once the service has been provided. This includes fees for scheduled sessions and consultations. Any fees paid will be retained as an administration fee in the event of cancellation.
